How much does it cost to clean my home?

The price of your cleaning depends on a few factors including the size of the home, the level of cleaning desired and how frequently you have us clean.

Who provides the cleaning equipment and supplies?

Hudson Property Services uses only the best supplies, tools and equipment to help us achieve the best results as efficiently as possible.  However, if you wish us to use something specific for any reason, please let us know and simply have it ready for us to incorporate into our cleanings.

How frequently should I have my home cleaned?

This is entirely up to you, but generally how often we clean your home should depend largely on how many people and pets live in your home and how quickly it gets to a point of needing to be cleaned. Typical schedules include every week, every two weeks, or every month.

If I opt for a recurring service, will I always have the same cleaner(s)?

We make every effort to have the same cleaner provide your cleaning every time, however, we cannot guarantee it.  Like all of us, our staff experiences sick days, vacations, etc.  We are confident that regardless of who cleans for you, you will receive exceptional service.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Most of our clients are not home when we clean.  If you are home during the cleaning, please be sure that the technicians are given full access to all areas that they will be cleaning.

Is tipping my cleaner required or even expected?

Tipping your cleaner(s) is NOT required, but is always appreciated and is a great way to recognize our staff if they have done an exceptional job.
